Three-phase asynchronous motor is a common type of motor, usually composed of multiple parts. Each part has a specific function and role, work together to achieve the normal operation of the motor.

Three-phase asynchronous motor is a common type of motor, usually composed of multiple parts. Each part has a specific function and role, work together to achieve the normal operation of the motor.
Stator part: The stator is the stationary part of the motor, which is composed of a set of coils (also known as windings) wrapped in the iron core. The stator portion functions to generate a rotating magnetic field. When three-phase alternating current passes through the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field is generated in the iron core to drive the rotating part (rotor).
Rotor part: The rotor is the rotating part of the motor and consists of a set of conductors or magnetic material. The main function of the rotor is to generate a reverse magnetic force, which interacts with the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator, thereby generating torque and driving the mechanical load to rotate.
Bearing part: The bearing is used to support and position the rotating parts between the rotor and the stator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire motor system. Common bearings have two types of rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The bearing part needs regular lubrication and maintenance to reduce friction, extend service life, and ensure the operation of the motor.
Cooling part: The three-phase asynchronous motor will generate a certain amount of heat when it is working. In order to keep the temperature of the motor within an acceptable range, a cooling part is usually installed. Common cooling methods include external air cooling and water cooling. The main function of the cooling part is to control the temperature of the motor through heat dissipation or fluid circulation to prevent the motor from overheating and damage.
Control part: The control part of the motor is generally composed of a motor controller/frequency converter, which is mainly used to control the start and stop, speed and direction of the motor. The controller can control the motor by adjusting the voltage, frequency and other parameters to meet different working requirements.
To sum up, the three-phase asynchronous motor can be divided into the stator part, the rotor part, the bearing part, the cooling part and the control part. They each bear different functions and roles, and work together to ensure the normal operation and efficient work of the motor.
